QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key accountabilities - Have complete understanding of all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
- Perform a friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, seating, and waiting on all guests.
- Ensures accuracy of orders including menu details.
- Presents wine lists and recommend beverages and wines as required.
- Anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations.
- Ensures linens, silverware and chinaware are in good condition.
- Controlling the cleanliness and tidiness of side stations before, during and after operation.
- Always controlling the cleanliness of the guests’ tables.
General Requirements - Good organization skills & Time management.
- Good hands-on service.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet with similar standards and expectations.
- High school Diploma.
- Driven by precision and excellence.
- Caring for team and guests and excellent communication skills.
- Good collaboration skills with others.
