General Qualifications:

Written and spoken English is an asset

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Team player with positive attitude

Proven work experience as a customer service specialist or similar role

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of customer satisfaction principles

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Description:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information

Assist in training and mentoring new customer service representatives
