We’re seeking a Rail Systems Engineer to be assigned to our İstanbul metro projects and will be responsible for developing appropriate Systems Engineering processes for the projects. Ideal candidate should be accountable for delivering the below engineering domains with high quality:

- Interface management

- Integration management

- RAM management

- Requirements management

- Safety management

- Testing and commissioning management

- EMI/EMC management

Task and responsibility:

• Delivery of Systems Engineering deliverables within time and budget
• Maintaining competence framework for Systems Engineering Resources
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all external parties to enhance the reputation of the company
• Working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Engineering Degree in a relevant subject

BACKGROUND:

• Good command of English, spoken and written
• MSc. on Systems Engineering is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferably gained experience of Systems Engineering on large scale railway projects
• Experienced in client relationship management regarding technical solutions
• Experienced in working with different international standards and specifications
• Able to work different locations of company

• Managerial and/or leadership skills are a plus
• Willing to improve her/his professional skills
• Responsible, organized and dedicated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task, particularly when working under tight deadlines
