 Which competences do we expect?

• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 2 years Design experience
• Fluent in English both written and spoken 
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Delivering information to the superior without accumulating
• Effective communication skills, willing to work as a team member
• Planning &  effective communication skills 
• Working in a systematic, methodical and orderly way
• Behaving in an honest and consistent manner
  
• Male candidates must have completed military service

What will be your responsibilities and duties?

• Completing structural evaluation and share the results regarding new development and VE study
  
• Preparing the hold meeting and documents about prototyping for new developments
  
• Contacting to the supplier for work instruction, creating new jig and equipment
  
• Preparing Engineering change meeting
• Considering productivity of new specification, share its task and respond with related member
• Coordinating trial production with the related sections for mass production
• Managing prototype creation through internal and external coordination
