Hyosung Istanbul Textile is one of the companies that belong to Hyosung Group in South Korea. Hyosung Group has started the business life with the Dongyang Nylon Factory which is established in 1966. Nowadays, Hyosung is a global firm which has 23 Production Facilities, 8 Commercial Structures, and 23 Sales Offices all over the world. 

Hyosung Group serves in many sectors like yarn, nylon, polyester, tire code (which is using in tire producing industry), industrial equipments that they are using in the seat belt and airbag production, engine, high voltage distribution equipments in heavy industries & polypropylene TPA, optical film production in the chemical industry. In addition, ATM machines, storage systems, LED equipment production, IT, and construction.

We are looking for a "PRODUCTION ENGINEER" with the following qualifications to work in our SPANDEX (Elastane Yarn) production factory operating in Kapaklı / TEKİRDAĞ.

Our production facility has a process that works 24/7. For this reason, our production engineers to be hired may work on public/religious holidays or weekends.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduated from "Textile Engineering" departments of the universities,
• Preferably with at least 1 year of production experience in the textile industry,
  
• Have good written and spoken English language skills,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Prone to teamwork and successful in team management,
• Strong communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Curious and willing to develop systems,
• We are looking for colleagues who live or can live around Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapaklı and Saray.

*For those who live out of the city, dormitories (company house) can be provided for unmarried employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that yarn production in accordance with production standards continues in our spandex (elastane yarn) production facility.
• To undertake the necessary coordination and follow-up to ensure that production changes are carried out in a timely and planned manner.
• To keep product quality within standards, to monitor and make improvements when necessary.
• Determining the material, equipment, tool and device needs necessary to ensure the continuity of production and ensuring their timely supply.
• Checking production parameters and making changes when necessary.
• Conducting testing for product development.
