We are looking for a Budget and Reporting Specialist teammate in our Finance&Accounting department based in the Dilovası Factory.

Purpose of the position

Plans, monitors, forecasts and reports cost and performance KPIs for the plant.

Member of the plant-leading team, Contributes to all areas of plant management and provides strong financial leadership.

Areas of responsibility

• Driving and supporting the budgeting and forecasting process of the plant
• Management reporting, month-end analysis, and communication to the Group on the plant’s result
• Business partner for the plant manager and member of the leadership group.
• Investigation on variances and proposal of corrective actions, leads follow up on action plans
• Serve as the primary contact for issues related to cost controlling and cost accounting.
• Continuous improvement on reporting, KPIs, and tools to support plant management’s decision making
• Coordination standard cost revision, preparation of rates and markups
• Estimated cost vs Actual cost for specific projects
• Inventory valuation and analysis
• Capex Control, review of requests, reporting
• Ad hoc analysis

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics. A master degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in positions such as cost analysis in the manufacturing industry
• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Excellent team player
• Good level of English enabling free oral and written communication
