• Have Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Have 2 years work experience in desktop support
• Have good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Are able to work alone and/or in a team environment

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
• Follow-up Purchase requests, purchase approvals, system integration, contract follow-up, invoice tracking and pertaining all signatures
• Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
• Help organizing and maintaining office common areas
• Perform general office clerk duties and errands
• Coordinate events as necessary
• Create, maintain, and enter information in databases
• Assist Sales Department with school calls and following the reservations
