Job Description

• First point of contact in logistical problem solving and daily follow-up of operational excellence
• Bridging communications between customers and service providers
• Introduction of new business models and customer requirements 
• Dimensioning and planning of the warehouse, particularly the layout
• Participation in tenders, award of contract and planning of warehouse removals
• Implementation of process training at the external service provider
• Participation in the development of warehouse processes within the logistics process landscape
• Application of CIP methodology for continuous improvement of Process quality
• Responsibility for key performance indicator fulfillment (Bosch Distribution standard key performance indicator)
• Development of measures in case of deviations from KPIs, ensuring implementation, checking sustainability

Qualifications

• University degree in the field of supply-chain, industrial/management engineering, business administration or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in customer front-end roles.
• Business fluent in English, preferably German
• Good knowledge in the ERP system SAP, MS Office, and corresponding analytics tools
• Demonstrated ability in achieving results backed by facts and figures
• Profound understanding of logistical processes
• Ability to work in an international team
• Confident and cooperative manner when working with tangent departments and external service providers
• Very good communication skills
• Work Outcome-oriented 
• Willingness to travel (within working hours)
