We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a System Analyst Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in project analysis, evaluating project applicability, and supporting business teams with functional tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment. 
 

Our Responsibilities 

 
• Assist in making project and business analysis, evaluating project applicability based on defined criteria,
• Aid in the preparation of screen mock-up designs and project analysis documents according to specified requirements,
• Assist in defining project tasks within project management systems such as Jira. 
• Provide support to business teams in functional tasks and assist in conducting API & EDI integration tests, as well as supporting users during UAT,
• Assist in conducting analysis, documenting use cases, and gathering functional and non-functional requirements,
• Participate in troubleshooting software defects reported by the business, assisting in identifying root causes, and suggesting potential solutions,
• Assist in managing business change requests related to DMS systems and follow up on system enhancements and bug fixes,
• Support in performing functional tests of developed applications and coordinating user acceptance tests,
• Aid in defining delivery schedules and ensuring their execution to plan for assigned deliverables,
• Assist in leading small-scale internal projects when necessary, working in coordination with software development teams throughout the software development process to meet business demands and functional needs.
 

What We Are Looking For? 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a System Analyst Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in project analysis, evaluating project applicability, and supporting business teams with functional tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment. 
 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in MS-SQL,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal,
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment,
• Work from the office for at least 3 days.
