QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

FOREIGN TRADE SPECIALIST

We are seeking a “FOREIGN TRADE SPECIALIST” to be a part of the import export operations team of our company carrying business in coal industry.

 Job Description

Prepare international purchase and sales contracts with foreign buyers and suppliers in line with the company targets,

Follow railway, port and mine contracts especially within Russia (applications of railway transports, shipment tonnage trackings),

Track the stock and the current account of the shipments and prepare the related reports (loading / unloading the transported goods from / to the port stock area, following port inventory),

Follow up the documents of the purchased goods,

Ensure the payments of the purchase contracts are made regularly,

Ensure on-time collection and arrangement of documents of the goods sold,

Requirements

Degree in administrative sciences, foreign trade or international relations,

Knowledge and interest in break bulk trade,

5 years experience in similar position, coal industry practice is a plus,

Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,

Able to adapt to busy working pace and flexible working hours,

Analytical, great communicator, team-player,

Solid planning, organization and multitask skills,

Highly motivated and result-oriented,

Having a valid driving licence,

Proficiency in MS Office,

No restriction to travel,

No military obligation for male candidates.
