Since 1998, serving in the 'Industrial Cooling Sector, Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli, New Industrial Zone, under the brand name' EXPERT TEKNİK 'KLIMEXS', has a wide range of products with '100% DOMESTIC CAPITAL - 100% DOMESTIC PRODUCTION' we continue to serve. In the Export Department of our company, which continues to grow rapidly; an "Export Manager" to take charge is sought.


• From the related departments of universities, Undergraduate / Postgraduates

• At least 10 years of export experience in the Industrial Refrigeration sector. (Personnel with experience in sales organizations as well as exports will be preferred)

• Knowing the general principles of export legislation and following up regularly,

• Able to write, speak and understand English very well,

• Good use of MS Office programs

• Will be able to do data analysis and reporting

• Can adapt to flexible working hours and days,

• Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker,

• Having oral-written communication skills, open to innovations and constantly improving themselves

• Filing, reporting and tracking capability

• Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver

• No obstacle to travel abroad,

• Class B driver's license,

• Not over the age of 50,

• Military service for male candidates

• Residing or able to reside in Kırklareli / Lüleburgaz


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Determining the market entry strategy for our brand in the relevant country or applying the determined strategy

• Creating a sales channel suitable for this strategy or following the established sales channel (Distributor, sales company, or direct export to the retail channel)

• Ensuring that this created sales channel works efficiently and in a focused manner.

• Establishing a pricing strategy in line with the brand's market entry strategy and ensuring that this pricing strategy is correctly implemented in the entire value chain up to the consumer.

• Ensuring that the brand reaches consumers as soon as possible and ensuring that all consumer activities for this purpose are planned and implemented both at the relevant sales channel and from the center.

• Proactively planning and implementing counter-tactics in potential competition-related problems, or implementing them.

• Maturing the market in order to gradually turn the market into an investmentable market

• Tracking customer payments

• Making necessary investments in the necessary sales channel for branding and below / above the line investments, by budgeting and matching them with sales targets, or following the implementation of budgeted investments.

• Informing management by sending activity and result reports such as weekly work plans, monthly and annual sales analysis

• Being in coordination with other departments in customer demands and complaints, producing solutions.
