Job Description
Through inbound channels, helping the customers with following topics:

  • Completing the money transfer requests

  • Providing solutions to questions/problems encountered or conveying the issue to the relevant units

Requirements

  • Residency in İstanbul

  • Native level proficiency in Ukrainian and good level proficiency in English

  • Strong communication skills

  • Being a good team player
