Guest Relations Agent

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field,
• At least One year of work experience as a Guest Relations Officer in the hospitality field,
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team,
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
• Positive attitude and good communication skills,
• Excellent command of English (written & verbal); any other language is advantageous,
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment,
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times,

Job Description & Responsibilities:

•  Providing feedback to guests, keeping track of guest survey results and up-to-date scores and comments on facility commenting sites,

• Working in coordination with the Front Office Department to get to know the guests and be in close contact with other department managers to solve problems,

•  Analyzing and proactively resolving guest requests and complaints through CRM.
