QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALITIES

  • Worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at international hotels for at least seven years.
  • University graduate.
  • Advanced level in English,
  • Has extensive knowledge in Food and Beverage and follows innovations.
  • Be able to carry out innovative works in the Food and Beverage units.
  • Knows HACCP & Food safety system and ISO 22000 standards,
  • Able to conduct and manage intensive banquet and invitation operations for meetings and congresses.
  • Able to manage intense coastal food and beverage operations during the summer season.
  • Budget preparation and follow-up.
  • Resort experience preferred.
  • Proactive, Smiling.
  • Able to use all communication materials effectively
  • Able to make good use of MC, Opera, and Office Programs.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Carrying out studies to increase the presentation quality of food and beverage products.
  • Ensuring systems are in place and implemented to maximize sales and revenues.
  • Preparation and pricing of Food and Beverage Menus.
  • Preparation and implementation of food and beverage department SOP.
  • Establishing and following up budget of the Food and Beverage department.
  • Monitoring the profitability and expenses of all units.
  • Determining the training needs of department employees and planning the necessary training.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure goals achieved.

Swissotel Cesme Resort & Spa  located İzmir, Çeşme offers 248 rooms and 104 Residences as well as, All Day Dining Restaurant (900sqm, +open terrace 415m2), Lobby Lounge (835sqm), Speciality Restaurant w Bar (300sqm), Fitness (575sqm), Spa (3500sqm), Swimming Pool (715sqm), Kids Pool (69sqm), Pool Bar and Kis’Club. The hotel can also host professional events in the 9 Meeting rooms, Ballroom (680sqm), Pre-Function Room (350sqm).
