We are currently looking for a new team member as “Guest Experience Specialist”, willing to join us in our Istanbul HQ.
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests at Les Benjamins HQ, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the brand's ethos.
- Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out process, providing guests with tags for entry and welcome cards.
- Offer refreshments to guests waiting for meetings, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication between the Etiler HQ and the Cadde office, acting as a liaison to facilitate smooth operations.
- Coordinate the reception area’s operations, including managing incoming calls with a professional demeanor, scheduling appointments, and organizing the front desk.
- Manage logistical tasks such as receiving and dispatching couriers, mail, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Utilize initiative to resolve issues and improve the guest experience, taking personal action to deliver first-class service.
- Be responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable and inviting.
- Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, providing support to other departments when necessary.
- Fully understand and embrace the Les Benjamins culture, effectively communicating the brand's values to guests and team members alike.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, focusing on Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably within the fashion, creative, or hospitality industries.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Turkish to accommodate our diverse clientele and team members.
- Proven ability to analyze situations and understand guests' needs quickly and efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor, essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail and organization.
- A team player with a strong ability to work in harmony with others while also capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software as required.
- Must embody the Les Benjamins brand, with a keen sense of fashion and culture.
