The requirements for the successful candidate are:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in the pharmaceutical sector,
• Knowledge in compliance or quality assurance
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks,
• Effective planning and organizational skills with a result oriented approach,
• Analytical thinking, critical reasoning ability,
• Process and understanding of business needs and ability to switch them into actions to meet timelines.
• Proven ability to work with different groups (both cross functional & cross organizational)
• Fluent and advanced in English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,

The key duties of the successful candidate are:

• Supporting the Compliance & QA Supervisor for all Quality and Compliance duties in accordance with the relevant regulations within the company.
• Working closely in coordinating with Abdi Ibrahim and Otsuka Global Teams.
• Monitoring and following up all Quality matters regarding AIOP products.
• Preparing monthly Quality reports and Annual Product Quality Review for each AIOP product.
• All AI and Otsuka Global based systems responsibility.
• Identifying and conducting training needs of AIOP employees relevant to both Compliance and Quality.
• Supporting to conduct quality assurance and control on products marketed by the company.
• Providing batch controls documents of all finished product according to GMP and supporting to Releases of AIOP products by making the final conformity check.
• Providing SOP Administrator roles within the affiliate performs SOP creation renewal and follow-up.
