QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Minimum 3 years of project sales experience preferably gained in a multinational firm,
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written,
• Effective development and delivery of presentations, high selling initiative, successful negotiation skills, excellent communications skills, ability to develop business plans
• Technical knowledge of door hardware and/or consumer products is highly desirable ,
• Perfect command of MS Office programs and AutoCAD,
• Self-motivated and responsible,
• Being an active driver and able to travel without any restriction,
• No military service obligation (only for male candidates).

As Allegion Turkey, we are looking for Project Sales Representative who would be responsible for project sales.
Main responsibilities and tasks are including but not limited to:
- Achieving sales targets and business plans
, - Aggressively seeking and developing market
development opportunities, - Visiting, networking and demonstrating existing and potential customers,
- Initiating and negotiating tailor made solutions with customers,
- Proactively developing project specifications with customers,
- Making efficient customer visit / business development plans and optimize time & customer ratio per business trip,
- Conducting proactive customer investigations prior to taking an order and to analyze the customers’ inventory level, need, current payables and payment capacity,
- Informing the customers about fixed terms, discounts, campaigns, payment policies inventory level, shipments and technical aspects of the products in every visit,
- Making regular communications on activity reporting, competitive information, forecasting information, builder tracking information, mechanical and technical support product and program knowledge training and credit and expense reporting,
- Preparing the internal / external customer price lists and make the necessary modifications,
- Coordinating sales effort with sales management, marketing
, order/billing and technical service groups,
